Kopie's Wedding Fun!

Our college friend got married last weekend.  I actually met my Jeff & Kopie (whose real name is also Jeff) the very first night in the dorms. 

We drove down to Oconomowoc on Friday for the rehearsal.

 Then we went over to Kopie's parents house on the lake for a Lobster dinner.

We drove back to Madison Friday night and then drove down in the morning where we dropped off Jeff to do groomsmen things and Crosby & I headed to Mukwonago until the wedding.  (Crosby wasn't too excited to met Chad & John)

2 Weddings in 1 day

I can't believe my last blog post was before Labor Day! We had a busy Fall and we just got back from vacation in Canada.

I am way overdue to share 2 weddings from October. Both happened to be on the same day so we had to split our time. Unfortunately both ceremonies were supposed to be outside too, but it was raining all day so both had to be moved.

  First up was my girlfriend Mallory's wedding.  She is one of my oldest friends (we both got our 1st Communion together).  The ceremony was held at Deer Haven Golf Club in New Berlin. 

After the ceremony, I was able to snap a few pictures with the bride then we headed off to the next wedding. 

My cousin Derek got married at Milford Hills in Lake Mills. We got there at the end of cocktail hour and spent the rest of the night celebrating with the rest of the Schmidt family!

Megan B Wedding

Last weekend we celebrated the wedding of my friend Megan. I have known her since we met the very first day of high school. We had 1st and 2nd hour together and I still remember where we sat in homeroom. We had to sit in alphabetical order so Megan was in the front (Bruins) and I was in the back (Schmidt). Now our last names have switched where I am E (Endres) and she now W (Wierl).

Megan's wedding was held at the Veterans Terrace in Burlington, WI. There were a lot of flooding that happened a few weeks back, and luckily they were still able to have their wedding here. You can see from all the dead grass how high the water got. It literally flooded the entire ceremony area.

Megan & Andy flew to Mexico for the week for their honeymoon.
