Seattle

On our way to Seattle we stopped in Everett for the Boeing tour. We couldn't take any pictures during the actual tour, but Jeff had been looking forward to it for awhile and it didn't disappoint.
On our way to our hotel we stopped at Kerry Park to get an amazing view of the city.
I have to talk a few minutes about our hotel. We stayed at the Thompson Seattle and boy did we luck out!  Jeff saw the hotel pop up on Orbitz and knew that the hotel was currently being built and would open only a few weeks before we would be out there. It was a great deal (probably because it was new) and we quickly decided to book it.  We only saw that deal once and when we looked up the price for a night it was over $500 because of the great location. It is literally 1 block from the market.
The best part was when we checked in we were told they were having their "Grand Opening Party" and we were invited.  This was the view of our room when we walked in:
Everyone was dressed up and we didn't have any fancy clothes but we still decided to go up to the rooftop party around dusk and we were blown away by the view.
My friend had recommended Serious Pie and we were so glad we went there for dinner because the pizza was amazing.
The next morning we got up and walked to Starbucks Roastery. It reminded of a beer tour. You could walk around and watch how they make coffee.  The menu was super confusing- but the barista did a good job explaining all the options to me.
This little coffee cost $6 and I thought it was just OK, but still glad we went.

After we headed to the Public Market and walk around the city.
Had to stop at the gum wall.
Jeff took about 10 pictures around the fish market because he thought this guy looked like Aaron Rodgers.
We then headed to the baseball game and had hot dogs & garlic fries for dinner.
After the game we walked back and had a night cap on the rooftop of our hotel.
Next up an early flight to Calgary.
