Christmas Day

After Christmas morning in Mukwonago we drove back to Madison to have Christmas with Jeff's side. It was the first time I got to visit "the farm" aka Jeff's grandparents house in Black Earth. I had been hearing about the farm for the last 5 years, but had never been there. Because it was such nice weather, Jeff gave me a tour of the farm with his niece and nephew. The farm is no longer a functioning farm because long story short it got stray voltage so cows couldn't produce milk, etc.. so they had to shut the farm down about 10 years ago. I got to hear lots of stories about Jeff's younger years on the farm and I think Jeff enjoyed going back memory lane!
